  • Students enjoyed time with guest speaker Mary Bielski during Catholic Schools' Week.  Mary spoke about prayer, sharing our faith, and how to be a Vessel of God's Love.
  • Ms. Heard taught her students about "How to Follow Procedures" by making homemade bread.  The students loved the hands-on activity AND eating their homemade bread!
  • Our students prayed over a blanket that will be presented to Mrs. Krista Sklar.  Please keep the Sklar family in your prayers as well.
  • 78 FBLA students went to District Conference at NSU on February 5th.  22 of those students will be going to State Conference in Lafayette on April 3-5.  Good luck to you all!!
  • Ms. Leone and Ms. Ann's Pre-4 class celebrated 100 days of school.  They wore decorated shirts and counted to 100 along with lots of other activities to celebrate the day. 


  • Friday, February 12th, 4:30 pm:  JH Baseball game vs LAB at Highland Park.
  • Tuesday, February 16th:  Students return to school.  It will be a "B" day.
  • Tuesday, February 16th, 5:00 pm:  SMS vs North DeSoto Baseball Scrimmage at Cracker Brown Field.  
  • Thursday, February 18th, 4:30 pm, JH Baseball team will travel to Many.
