  • St. Mary's first Science Fair was a huge success! Students in grades 4-8 have been working very hard on research, testing theories, and presenting the final conclusion to a panel of judges brought in from NSU. Winning projects will be displayed next week and winners will be announced Monday morning during morning prayer. A huge thank you to Mrs. Hogg for organizing this wonderful event!
  • New student registration for the 2015-2016 academic year opens on Monday, March 30. Please pass this information along to anyone you think might want to join "our" St. Mary's family!

  • St. Mary's Catholic School has established the Grant Ingram Memorial Scholarship in memory of 2014 St. Mary's graduate Grant James Ingram, son of Francie and Jay Ingram.  The scholarship will be awarded to a St. Mary's student each year by the Ingram family. Donations are now being accepted by the school for this memorial.  Additionally, the school will be sponsoring a basketball game to be played between the Lady Tiger and Tiger varsity teams and the deputies of the Natchitoches Parish Sheriff's Office.  The game is scheduled for Monday,  March 30th at 6:00 PM in the school gym .  Admission is $5.  All proceeds will benefit this scholarship. 

  • Tigerline will be selling raffle tickets for a chance to win an Easter basket filled with goodies. Tickets may be purchased before morning prayer until April 2. The cost of each ticket is $1. Please help support your Tigerline!

  • Over the course of many years, our alumni relations have been hampered by a lack of information and communication. Our first step to improve this is to establish our Alumni database that has current contact information for all St. Mary’s Alumni. If you are an Alumni, please take a moment and update your information on the St. Mary’s Alumni Association page (the link is below).   • During the Spring there are many sports with multiple games every week.  Please check the schools website www.smstigers.org for the most up to date sporting events.

  • St. Mary's will be hosting one last blood drive for this school year. Save the date-April 15 from 8-1.Students who are 17 years and older may donate with proper identification. Parents of students that are 16 must have written consent. Forms may be picked up from out school nurse. Please keep in mind parents are also encouraged to donate. Did you know if a senior receives three donations in his/her name they will receive a cord at graduation? Please help by giving blood and saving a life!

  • Congratulations to Brad Vascocu!! Brad's number, # 039, was the winning number on Wednesday (3/25) of the PSE fishing bow from Cypress Knee Outdoors. The winning number on Saturday (3/21) was # 046. Duke Marcus was the winner of the Winchester 12ga from Jeff's Guns.Thank you again for your support of the St. Mary's Tiger Athletic Association. The next drawing will be on Saturday (3/28) for the EAA SAR 9mm pistol from Jeff's Guns.
